The Infrastructure Behind the Peptide & Longevity Industry

We are NOT a wellness or longevity brand. We are the supply chain layer that peptide companies and telehealth operators rely on to source, verify, and manage compounding pharmacy and API suppliers.

Why We Built geticustomer

The peptide and longevity industry has experienced unprecedented growth, driven by GLP-1 weight management therapies, performance peptides, and personalized wellness protocols.

However, behind the polished patient-facing telehealth apps lies a highly fragmented supply chain: approximately 7,500 503A/503B compounding pharmacies and roughly 150 API manufacturers across the United States.

Until now, peptide platforms vetted and managed these critical supplier relationships manually — through cold outreach, chaotic spreadsheets, and word-of-mouth — with no centralized, verified source of truth for state licensures, cGMP compliance, or batch testing standards.

We built geticustomer to fix that infrastructure gap. We are building the supply chain operating system for the wellness and longevity market — bringing verified sourcing, direct evaluation, and automated order fulfillment to operators.

Our Core Principles

How we approach data integrity, platform neutrality, and operator utility.

Supply chains require verified data.

Public regulatory filings exist, but converting fragmented state board portals, FDA warning logs, and Drug Master Files into an actionable supply chain operating system requires dedicated engineering.

Operators need infrastructure, not hype.

We are not a consumer wellness brand. We build unvarnished B2B infrastructure for operators, COOs, and founders managing real peptide and telehealth platforms.

Freshness prevents operational failure.

Stale directories cause supply chain bottlenecks and clinical routing errors. Every supplier attribute in geticustomer carries visible verification tracking.

Data Lineage & Compliance

Data Verification Methodology

We aggregate and cross-reference records strictly from primary regulatory and manufacturing registries. We do not use speculative commercial lists or patient PHI.

Primary Data Sources:
All 50 State Boards of Pharmacy
FDA 503B Outsourcing Facility Registry
FDA Drug Master File (DMF) Catalog
NPPES NPI Registry
FDA Inspection Logs & Warning Letters
Independent 3rd-Party COA Testing Audits
